Surrounded by a wonderful secular park in the centre of Padua, the Tower of Massimago is an ancient tower dating back to 300.
The tower is part of the ancient defensive walls of Padua and it was born as a military building built between the 12th and 13th century.
Today the tower is a charming Wine Relais, which welcomes its guests in the most beautiful green of its hills. Currently consists of 3 units: an apartment with living room with fireplace and kitchen and double bedroom; A private room with bathroom with shower; A suite with a frescoed double room and a bright living room.
The tower is also a wine cellar where various types of wines are produced. Some of these are: Amarone, Prophaso, Garganega and many more.
Inside the tower you can also taste wines, and participate in a cooking school. The property is also ready for the organization of events, ceremonies and weddings. The company that produces wines also has another location in Verona, where you can stay in a relais. For information, bookings, guided tours, events, see the website.
