Villa Sigurtà is considered one of the most important building in Verona city, the Venetian villa was build by a Palladio’s student in 1637. The villa was the summer residence of Count Maffei.
Villa Sigurtà hosted famous personalities such as emperors, Napoleon III, princes, Prince Carlo of England, singer, Maria Kallas and many Nobel prizes such as Alexander Fleming (penicillin), Selman Waksman (streptomycin), Gerhard Domagk (sulphonamide), Konrad Lorenz (ethology) and Albert Bruce Sabin (polio vaccine).
Today, the Villa Sigurtà is open to the public. The private gardens are the perfect location to organize business events, private parties and congresses.
Thanks to his intern and external capacity, Villa Sigurtà offers different options for cocktail and banquets of wedding parties. The rooms of Villa Sigurtà, plain of history and frescoes, offer a magic and elegant contest for intern receptions and photo shoots.
